Editor's verdict
AvaPartner is a direct line to a long-running, multi-licensed broker rather than a network, and that is its main appeal. Commission options are broad, from CPA of up to $2,000 to lifetime revenue share of up to 50% of spreads, per-lot deals and master deals, and the low payout floor plus a range of e-wallet options keep cash flow simple once commissions start.
The caveats are in the agreement. No commission is paid until five referred clients have deposited and traded, revenue share is reduced by client bonuses and chargebacks, and AvaTrade can change rates on notice or retroactively when it suspects abuse. Report data refreshes only daily, and the banned list rules out the US, Brazil, Turkey, Belgium and New Zealand.
Finance content sites, trading educators and IBs with a steady flow of real traders should apply. Affiliates running incentive, broad-reach or non-compliant traffic, or those needing quick first payouts, will find the KYC and the five-client threshold slow going.

About AvaPartner
What AvaPartner is
AvaPartner is the in-house partner program of AvaTrade, a CFD and forex broker founded in 2006 that marked its 20th year in 2026. Partners contract with Ava Trade Markets Ltd, a British Virgin Islands company regulated by the BVI Financial Services Commission. The wider Ava Group holds licences through Ava Trade EU Ltd (Central Bank of Ireland, C53877), Ava Capital Markets Australia Pty Ltd (ASIC, 406684), Ava Capital Markets Pty in South Africa (FSP 445984), Ava Trade Japan K.K. (FSA 1662, FFAJ 1574), Ava Trade Middle East Ltd (ADGM FSRA, 190018) and DT Direct Investment Hub Ltd (CySEC, 347/17), and it added a Kenyan CMA licence in 2026. The partner office is in Dublin. AvaPartner says it has more than 145,000 registered partners and has paid out more than $300 million in commissions.
This is a single-brand program, not a network. It takes online affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), trading academies, money managers, call centers and service providers such as signal and technology vendors.
Offers and verticals
The only product is AvaTrade: CFDs on forex, commodities, indices, shares, bonds and ETFs, plus FX options and futures through AvaFutures. Recent additions include CQG access, a new trading platform (September 2026) and regional deposit-bonus campaigns. The partner site runs in 16 languages. The partner agreement bans all marketing into Belgium, Brazil, North Korea, New Zealand, Turkey and the USA.
Commission models and payouts
AvaPartner advertises CPA of up to $2,000 per qualified trader, lifetime revenue share of up to 50% of spreads, hybrid deals, Dynamic CPA (a percentage of the first deposit), fixed payouts per traded lot, master deals over sub-affiliates and fully tailored plans. The actual rate goes into a fee schedule agreed with the affiliate manager. A qualified trader must deposit at least 250 USD, EUR, GBP or AUD within 24 months and, for CPA, close at least one trade. Two terms matter for cash flow. First, nothing is paid until five referred clients have deposited and traded, after which commission counts from the first client. Second, revenue share is net of client bonuses and chargebacks, so a day can show negative commission, and the rate can be cut by up to 5% after six months without new active clients.
Commissions are paid monthly, by the 15th of the following month, in US dollars. There is no minimum payout except $400 for wire transfers. Payout options are wire, PayPal, Skrill, WebMoney, Neteller, an Ava debit card or a credit to an AvaTrade trading account. Partners who refer other partners earn a 10% sub-affiliate commission.
Tracking, tools and platform
Traffic is tracked by a tag ID on avatrade.com links, using session and lifetime cookies. Reports cover activity by date and tag, account quality, customer lifetime, closed trades and sub-affiliates. Report data refreshes once every 24 hours, so same-day optimization is limited. Creative includes banners, emails, text links, landing pages, QR codes and widgets for live rates and charts. Postback and API access are not documented publicly and should be raised with the manager.
Traffic rules and compliance
As a regulated broker, AvaTrade is strict. Every traffic source must be disclosed and approved during verification, only supplied creatives may be used, and promotion belongs on finance-related sites. Partners may not promise profits, call trading “easy” or “risk free”, give investment advice or signals, run copy-trading or managed accounts without their own licence, handle client money, rebate commission to clients or register their own accounts. Spam is banned. KYC means ID and proof of address for individuals and full corporate documents for companies. Commission is withheld until verification is done and forfeited if verification or payment details are still missing after 12 months.
Support and getting started
Partners register at avapartner.com/register as a person or company, then activate the account with an emailed code. Each partner gets an affiliate manager, with multilingual support at support@avapartner.com and a chat widget on the partner portal.
Who it suits
The program fits finance publishers, trading educators, IBs and community owners who can deliver depositing traders across many regions and want broker-direct terms. It suits poorly anyone with US, Brazilian or Turkish audiences, incentive or low-intent traffic, or affiliates who cannot reach five qualified clients quickly.

Frequently asked questions
How does AvaPartner approve new partners?

Individuals provide ID and proof of address; companies provide incorporation documents, registers of directors and shareholders and a certificate of good standing. Every traffic source must be described and approved before it is used.
What is the AvaPartner minimum payout?
There is no minimum payout for most methods. Wire transfers require a balance of at least $400. Separately, no commission is released until five referred clients have deposited and closed at least one trade.
When does AvaPartner pay commissions?

What counts as a qualified trader at AvaPartner?
A qualified trader is a new, approved client who deposits at least 250 USD, EUR, GBP or AUD within 24 months. For CPA deals the client must also close at least one trade. Accounts owned by the partner or relatives do not qualify.

The partner agreement bans marketing in Belgium, Brazil, North Korea, New Zealand, Turkey and the USA, and AvaTrade can add more jurisdictions by notice. Money-manager partnerships are not available in Australia.
Does AvaPartner have a sub-affiliate program?
Yes. Partners earn a 10% sub-commission on partners they refer through the sub-affiliate link in their dashboard. Master partners are liable for their sub-affiliates' compliance.
How does AvaPartner track referrals?
