These terms govern your use of AFFDigest (affdigest.com). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
1. What AFFDigest is
AFFDigest is an independent directory of affiliate networks, advertising networks, affiliate programs and related tools. We publish the terms those companies state publicly — commission rates, payout thresholds, payment methods, cookie windows and similar — alongside our own editorial scoring and commentary.
We are not an affiliate network, we do not run offers, and we do not process payouts. Any agreement you enter into is between you and the company you sign up with.
2. Accuracy of listing data
Listing data is gathered from the operator’s own public pages and is refreshed periodically. Every field we publish is traceable to a source, and pages show when a fact was last checked. We do not invent values: where a company does not state something, we leave the field blank rather than estimate it.
Even so, terms change without notice and errors are possible. Always confirm the current terms with the operator before acting. We give no warranty that any figure on this site is current, complete or correct, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
3. Scores and editorial opinion
Scores, rankings, “best” lists and editor verdicts are our opinion, derived from the data we hold and applied consistently across listings. They are not financial advice, not a guarantee of earnings, and not an endorsement. Reasonable people may score the same network differently.
4. Affiliate links and compensation
Some outbound links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no additional cost to you. Sponsored placements are always labelled as such. Commercial relationships do not buy a higher score — see our Affiliate Disclosure for the full position.
5. Submissions and user content
If you submit a listing, a correction, a review or a claim, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and display it on the site.
We moderate submissions and may edit, decline or remove anything at our discretion — in particular anything misleading, defamatory, promotional, automated, or submitted to manipulate a listing’s standing. Submitting content does not guarantee publication.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape or bulk-copy the directory, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or overload the site, submit malicious content, or use the site in breach of applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s editorial content, scoring methodology, layout and code are ours. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear for identification under fair use. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link; systematic reproduction of the directory is not permitted.
8. Third-party sites
Outbound links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or the outcome of any dealings you have with them.
9. Availability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
