Editor's verdict
Eightcap is a solid choice for partners with a genuine trading audience. The brand sits on ASIC, FCA and CySEC licences, pays a CPA of up to $600 or IB rebates of up to 50% of the brokerage fee, and publishes a full partner agreement that spells out when and how fees are paid.
The catch is in that agreement. Fees only start after 5 clients each deposit a net $500 and trade within 30 days, and partners must keep adding 8 clients and $500 in fees every 6 months. Affiliates face a $500 payout threshold, fees can be held for up to 180 days on suspicion, and termination for breach forfeits unpaid fees. Exact CPA tiers and payment methods are only set during onboarding.
Apply if the audience is trading educators, finance content or an IB community that already converts. Hobby bloggers and media buyers testing small budgets will struggle to clear the quotas; the 20% prop challenge commission is the easier entry point for them.

About Eightcap
What Eightcap is
Eightcap is a CFD and forex broker founded in Melbourne in 2009. Its partner program is an in-house broker program, not a multi-advertiser network: every referral opens an Eightcap trading account or buys an Eightcap Challenges prop evaluation. The group runs several regulated entities. Eightcap Pty Ltd in Melbourne holds Australian Financial Services Licence 391441 from ASIC, Eightcap Group Ltd in London is authorised by the FCA (FRN 921296), and Eightcap EU Ltd in Limassol holds CySEC licence 246/14. International clients are served by Eightcap Global Limited (Securities Commission of The Bahamas, SIA-F220), Eightcap International Ltd (Seychelles FSA, SD100) and Eightcap International Trading (Mauritius FSC, GB25204603). The partner agreement itself is signed with Eightcap Global Limited and governed by Bahamian law.
The program has four tracks: affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), influencers and prop affiliates, all promoting 800+ CFDs on MT4, MT5, TradingView and TradeLocker.
Offers and verticals
There is one product family to promote: leveraged CFD and forex trading, plus Eightcap Challenges, a simulated prop trading evaluation in which traders who pass keep 80% of profits by default, or 90% with a paid add-on. Prop affiliates register through a separate portal. Campaigns must carry CFD risk warnings. Clients from Restricted Regions (countries Eightcap cannot onboard) earn nothing, and US residents can buy challenges only on TradeLocker.
Commission models and payouts
Affiliates earn a CPA of up to $600 per qualifying client, and Eightcap says lead-to-funded-account conversion has reached up to 54% over the past 12 months, depending on traffic source. IBs earn rebates of up to 50% of the brokerage fee. Prop affiliates get 20% of every challenge purchase as a limited-time introductory rate, with no deposit or trading requirement. The partner terms also list volume-based, management fee, performance fee and marketing fee plans, plus a Master-Affiliate plan that pays a percentage of sub-affiliate earnings.
The minimum criteria matter more than the headline CPA. To qualify for fees, a partner must refer at least 5 clients who each make net deposits of $500 and trade within 30 days of opening. After that come at least 8 new clients in any 6-month period and at least $500 in accrued fees per 6 months. Falling short can mean withheld fees or termination. Affiliates are paid in USD within 15 days of month end once the balance reaches $500, with smaller balances rolled over; IBs are paid daily. Fees go to a Partner Account or, against an invoice, to a bank account, with wire fees deducted.
Tracking, tools and platform
Partners work in an in-house Partner Portal showing referrals, conversions, campaigns and revenue in real time. Clients are linked through a tracking URL or sign-up bonus code, and a client can also name the referrer within one month of opening an account. Assets include landing pages, banners, text links, social content and educational material. Postback and API options are not documented publicly, so media buyers who need S2S tracking should raise it with the manager.
Traffic rules and compliance
Partners cannot target under-18s or Restricted Regions, send spam, promise returns, display Eightcap’s licence numbers without permission, or run reward or rebate promotions without approval. Banners and text links cannot be modified, and trademark use needs written approval. Advertising on search engines or sites where Eightcap itself promotes requires written consent, which rules out brand bidding. Suspicious activity can freeze fees for up to 180 days, and clients inactive for 6 months can be removed from a partner’s ID. IBs must disclose their fees to clients and may have to prove local licensing.
Support and getting started
Applicants submit name, email, phone and country, Eightcap verifies them, and the fee plan is confirmed within 7 days. Approved partners get a dedicated partnership manager. General questions go to partners@eightcap.com, payout and tracking issues to support@partner.eightcap.com, and there is a partner Discord.
Who it suits
Eightcap suits trading educators, finance creators, TradingView and prop trading communities, and IBs who can deliver funded, active traders every month. Small blogs, incentive traffic and broad paid-media tests are a poor fit, because the minimum client quotas and search-ad limits make low or irregular volume hard to monetize.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the Eightcap affiliate program pay?
Affiliates earn a CPA of up to $600 per qualifying client, IBs earn rebates of up to 50% of the brokerage fee, and prop affiliates get 20% of each Eightcap Challenges purchase as an introductory rate. The exact CPA amount and qualifying trading goals are set in the fee plan confirmed at onboarding.
What are the Eightcap minimum client requirements?
The partner terms require at least 5 referred clients who each make net deposits of $500 and trade within 30 days of opening an account. After that, partners must refer at least 8 clients in any 6-month period and accrue at least $500 in fees per 6 months, or fees can be withheld.
What is the Eightcap minimum payout and payment schedule?
Affiliates are paid in USD within 15 days of the end of each month once their balance reaches $500; smaller balances carry over. IBs are paid daily in an agreed currency. Fee statements are issued within 5 business days of month end.
How does Eightcap pay its partners?
Fees are credited to a Partner Account and withdrawn through the payment methods Eightcap offers on its website, or paid directly to a bank account against a valid invoice. Wire fees and charges are deducted from the payment, so partners should confirm the cheapest available method with their manager.
Which entity runs the Eightcap partner program?
The partner agreement is with Eightcap Global Limited, regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas and governed by Bahamian law. The wider group includes Eightcap Pty Ltd (ASIC), Eightcap Group Ltd (FCA), Eightcap EU Ltd (CySEC) and entities in Seychelles and Mauritius.
What traffic does Eightcap prohibit?
Partners cannot target minors or Restricted Regions, send spam, promise returns, offer unapproved rewards or rebates, or use fake or automated traffic. Advertising on search engines where Eightcap promotes needs written consent, and all promotional use of the brand needs prior approval.
Does Eightcap have a sub-affiliate program?
Yes. With written approval a partner can become a Master-Affiliate and earn a percentage of the fees of referred sub-affiliates, or a share of the spread or commission on IB sub-referrals. The percentage is agreed individually.
How does the Eightcap prop affiliate program work?
Prop partners register through a separate challenges portal and earn 20% of every challenge purchase made through their link, without waiting for deposits or trading. Eightcap describes the rate as a limited-time introductory offer, so the long-term rate should be confirmed at onboarding.
Can Eightcap hold or cancel partner fees?
Yes. Fees can be delayed for up to 180 days if suspicious activity is linked to a partner ID, and nothing is paid for fraudulent accounts, latency arbitrage or clients from Restricted Regions. If Eightcap terminates a partner for breach, accrued unpaid fees are forfeited.
How long does Eightcap approval take?
Eightcap reviews each application manually and confirms the approved fee plan within 7 days. Approved partners then get Partner Portal access, tracking links and a dedicated partnership manager.
