What Leadsmax Network is

Leadsmax Network is a CPA and CPL affiliate network that connects advertisers with publishers through performance campaigns. It lists an address in Da Nang, Vietnam, and its affiliate program runs under the Leadsmaxgroup name on the Affise platform. The company does not publish a legal entity name or founding year; its site footer dates from 2024 and its about page refers to more than 20 years of team experience in performance marketing. Leadsmax claims 1,000+ active publishers in 50+ countries. Its publishers page also describes it as a leading Singapore performance network, which doesn’t match the Vietnam address, and several stat counters on the site show placeholder zeros, so its scale is hard to judge.

Offers and verticals

Leadsmax promotes campaigns in loans, insurance and sweepstakes, and lists lead generation, e-commerce, app installs, email submits and survey completions among its campaign types. Target regions are the US, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Europe. There is no public offer list or payout table, and the signup form asks applicants which offers and payouts they expect, so offer access is arranged with the manager rather than browsed in an open catalog.

Commission models and payouts

Campaigns pay on CPA and CPL, with rates set per offer. Payment terms are inconsistent across Leadsmax’s own pages. The publisher FAQ says payments go out monthly on the 15th with a $50 minimum for most methods, via PayPal, bank transfer or check, and that US publishers receive 1099 forms. The general FAQ describes standard terms as Net 30 with faster payments for high performers, while the publishers page advertises weekly or bi-weekly payouts with custom terms for top partners. The affiliate agreement on the Affise panel pays monthly but leaves the threshold amount blank. Affiliates should get the payment cycle, minimum and method confirmed in writing before sending volume.

The agreement also makes commissions conditional on the advertiser paying Leadsmax, allows chargebacks on actions later found invalid and requires invoice disputes within 30 days. There is no activation fee.

Tracking, tools and platform

Tracking runs on Affise, so publishers get a standard Affise dashboard with real-time conversions, click and CTR data, geographic breakdowns and revenue reports, plus tracking links and creatives once approved. Affise handles postback integration with external trackers. Leadsmax also offers help with creative testing and fraud protection. If a publisher’s tracker differs from Leadsmax figures by more than 10%, the agreement sets out a reconciliation process, but Leadsmax numbers apply if no agreement is reached.

Traffic rules and compliance

Leadsmax works with content websites, social media publishers, email marketers, search marketers, mobile app publishers and video creators, and every application goes through a traffic review. The agreement bans objectionable content (including gambling promotion), ads on auction marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon, bots and scripted leads, pre-populated form fields, and incomplete or duplicate leads. Email publishers must scrub lists against each offer’s suppression list and forward opt-outs. Pop traffic must be labeled as affiliate-served. Leadsmax advertises a clean, no-scrubbing stance, but the agreement still lets it reject leads it judges fraudulent, unqualified or duplicate.

Signup runs through the Affise panel and asks for more than most networks: company or name, website, full address, phone, a Teams, Telegram or WhatsApp handle, usual verticals, wanted offers and expected payouts, every country the applicant targets, promotional methods, and contact details for managers at two or more other networks or advertisers as references. Leadsmax reviews applications, generally within two business days, then assigns an account manager. Who it suits

Leadsmax suits established lead-generation publishers, email marketers and media buyers who already run loans, insurance or sweepstakes traffic in the US or its other target regions and can supply industry references. New affiliates without references will find approval hard, and anyone who needs a transparent offer catalog, a single documented payment schedule or crypto payouts should look elsewhere or get terms in writing first.
