What Mobipium is

Mobipium is a mobile affiliate network run by Mobipium, Lda, a Portuguese company headquartered in Lisbon with further offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Madeira. It was founded in 2013 and is part of Ace of Performance, a group of performance marketing agencies. Mobipium positions itself as an mVAS specialist and says it has more than 10,000 active affiliates, reach across 180+ countries and around 2 billion clicks a month. Offers come either from direct advertisers or are built in-house, and the company runs its own media buying team that tests offers before and while they are pushed to partners.

Offers and verticals

The catalog centers on two verticals: mVAS (mobile content subscriptions billed through the mobile carrier) and dating, plus white-label content. mVAS flows include PIN submit (the user enters a code received by SMS), direct carrier billing and multi-click flows without a PIN step. Content types cover entertainment and games, lifestyle utilities, education and other subscription services. Mobipium says its mVAS coverage spans 100+ GEOs and that many offers are exclusive or in-house. Affiliates can run individual offer links or send traffic to a Smartlink, where Mobipium handles the offer rotation and optimization. The dashboard highlights a weekly TOP5 and lets partners sort the offer market by revenue.

Commission models and payouts

Payouts run on CPA, CPL, CPS and RevShare, with mVAS usually paid per confirmed subscription and dating per lead. Mobipium deliberately hides CR and eCPM figures in the market, so affiliates have to test rather than pick offers from conversion stats. Billing is monthly on NET30 by default: partners upload an invoice in the Payments section after the period closes, and the 30 days count from the date a valid invoice is received, so first earnings can take roughly two months to arrive. Trusted partners can request faster terms through their manager. Minimums are USD 100 for PayPal, Paxum, Payoneer, WebMoney, crypto and Capitalist, and USD 500 for wire (including SEPA). Before the first payment, companies send a signed IO and a tax residence certificate, and individuals send a signed IO and a photo ID. Invoices that do not match the legal name, period or amount on file are rejected.

Tracking, tools and platform

Mobipium runs its own affiliate platform with S2S postback set up on the Pixel page, up to four tracking variables ({tid} to {tid3}) and automatic extra URL parameters. Stats are reported in GMT+1 and refresh every 15 minutes, with a stage filter that shows why clicks were blocked (targeting, caps, offer status, time frame or PubID). Pre-tested prelanders can be selected at campaign setup, custom landers are arranged with the tech team, and an API is available once the manager activates it. Dashboard extras include period comparison and Excel exports by PubID and hour.

Traffic rules and compliance

Mobipium names social ads, native, search and in-app placements as fitting sources for mVAS. Some offers are open immediately, while others show a Request Approval button and are reviewed by the sales team. Carrier-billed offers are sensitive to misleading creatives and accidental subscriptions, so media buyers should confirm the allowed flows, creative rules and any traffic restrictions for each GEO with the manager before launch. A full publisher agreement is not published openly; the signed IO is the document that governs the relationship.

Signup is a three-step form covering basics (name, email, country, traffic countries), contact (phone, Teams or Telegram, company name) and business details (role, traffic source, vertical, experience and revenue). Mobipium fits mobile media buyers who already understand carrier billing, run social, native, search or in-app traffic and want in-house and exclusive mVAS or dating offers with a Smartlink fallback. Affiliates who need weekly payouts from day one, transparent CR data before testing or a broad mix of verticals such as ecommerce, finance or nutra should look elsewhere.
