What G2A Goldmine is

G2A Goldmine is the referral and affiliate program of G2A.COM, a large digital marketplace where independent sellers list game keys, gift cards, subscriptions, software and in-game currency. The program is operated by G2A.COM Limited, registered in Hong Kong with its office in Times Square, Causeway Bay. G2A started out in Poland in 2010 and the marketplace now covers tens of thousands of digital items. G2A says the marketplace serves over 24 million customers and that Goldmine members have earned more than EUR 10 million in total. Goldmine is a single-merchant program rather than a multi-advertiser network: every referral goes to G2A.COM.

Offers and verticals

Affiliates promote anything sold on G2A.COM: PC and console games, DLCs, gaming gift cards for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo, subscriptions such as Game Pass and PlayStation Plus, mobile game top-ups, software like Windows and antivirus licenses, and streaming and AI subscriptions. The program is available globally, except for users subject to sanctions or living in sanctioned territories. Promotional items run by sellers can carry their own commission rates.

Commission models and payouts

Goldmine pays a percentage of each sale (CPS). The rate for each item is shown on the platform. Where no rate is shown, the default is 1% of the gross price, rising to 5% for video gaming and software items. G2A Plus memberships pay a flat EUR 1 for a monthly plan and EUR 2 for a yearly plan, once per referred buyer per plan type. Commissions are calculated in euros, per item, and anything below EUR 0.01 is not paid. A commission confirms 11 calendar days after the item is delivered, provided there is no complaint, refund or withdrawal, and the order must complete within 120 days. Earnings then move to G2A Balance after a 3-day verification and can be withdrawn to a bank account or spent on the marketplace. KYC verification is required to withdraw, and funds left unclaimed for one year are forfeited, so regular withdrawals matter.

Tracking, tools and platform

Tracking is in-house. Each account gets a reflink code, and a click sets a cookie that lasts 24 hours and refreshes on every new click. G2A can extend the window to up to 30 days, but affiliates should plan around 24 hours. Results show in the Goldmine dashboard. There is no postback, API or offer feed for affiliates, so tracking in an external tool is limited to click-side data.

Traffic rules and compliance

The rules are strict. Reflinks may not be promoted on search engines at all, paid or organic, and bidding on G2A trademarks is banned. Hidden reflinks, iframes, forced redirects, malware, bots, click farms and incentivized traffic are prohibited, and self-purchases do not count. Pages carrying reflinks must not strip the HTTP referer header, and sales are not credited when the buyer also holds a cookie from G2A’s own paid campaigns. Only one account per person is allowed, and G2A can cancel commissions on suspected fraud.

Support and getting started

Joining only requires a free G2A.COM account; once logged in, the Goldmine dashboard generates reflinks immediately. Questions and suggestions go to goldmine@g2a.com, and account deletion also goes through email support. There is no dedicated affiliate manager.

Who it suits

G2A Goldmine suits gaming content creators, streamers, Discord and community owners, and deal sites with an audience that buys keys and gift cards on impulse. Media buyers relying on search traffic, and anyone who needs postbacks, longer cookies or a manager, should look at other gaming programs.
