Editor's verdict

FlexOffers is a long-running US network built for content publishers who want a broad retail catalog under one account. With 12,000+ advertiser programs, daily product and coupon feeds, an API and automatic link conversion, it covers most of what a blog, review site or coupon publisher needs, and a $25 minimum on ACH, check and PayPal keeps small balances moving.

The main caveat is cash flow. Standard payment is Net 60, every payout carries a processing fee, and commissions only release once the advertiser has paid. Faster schedules and fee-free payouts now sit behind paid Growth Plan subscriptions, and older marketing claims about Net 7 and advance payments conflict with the newer help center, so publishers should check the terms in their own dashboard.

Apply if the site is live, original and already pulling traffic, and the goal is long-term CPS income across many brands. Skip it for paid arbitrage, pop or push traffic, or if a 60-day wait between sale and payment is a problem.

About FlexOffers

What FlexOffers is

FlexOffers.com, LLC is a US affiliate network headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was founded by Alexander Daskaloff in 2006 as the CardOffers.com Partnership Network, a card-offer network, and rebranded as FlexOffers about five years later when it widened into general retail and services. Dipak Joshi is the current CEO. The company says it works with more than 12,000 advertiser programs and 75,000 publisher sites, and that the network drives about $5 billion in yearly sales. It serves content publishers, bloggers, comparison sites, creators and app owners rather than media buyers running paid arbitrage.

Offers and verticals

The catalog is mostly CPS retail and service programs across 25+ categories: shopping, clothing and accessories, home and garden, food and drink, health and wellness, beauty, telecom, travel, software and financial products. New advertisers are added daily, and recent additions include regional programs for the UK, Malaysia and Indonesia alongside US brands, so it is no longer a US-only catalog. Each advertiser runs its own program inside the network, so affiliates apply program by program and each brand sets its own rate and rules.

Commission models and payouts

Most programs pay a percentage of sale (CPS), with some lead (CPL) and fixed CPA programs. Standard terms are monthly on Net 60: commissions earned in March are processed at the end of May and paid in the first week of June. Commissions are only paid once the advertiser has paid FlexOffers, and chargebacks can be deducted from any balance on the account. The minimum balance is $25 for ACH, check, eCheck and PayPal, and $1,000 for wire transfers. Every payment carries a processing fee set in the publisher agreement, roughly $1.15 for ACH, $3.45 for check, $1.15 plus 2% for PayPal, and $17.25 to $29.90 for wires. Payouts run through Tipalti, which also handles tax forms. A “Hold My Payments” option lets balances accrue.

Faster schedules (biweekly or weekly) and fee-free payouts are tied to paid Growth Plan subscriptions, which are optional; the free Starter plan keeps Net 60. Older marketing pages still promise “NET 7 for top performers” and advance payments, while the newer help center says FlexOffers does not front or advance payments, so publishers should confirm their actual schedule in the dashboard. The FlexCash referral program pays Starter-tier publishers 5% of net revenue from referred publishers, with higher rates on paid plans.

Tracking, tools and platform

FlexOffers runs its own publisher platform with real-time reporting, deep linking, sub-ID tracking and link shortening. FlexLinks automatically converts plain links to advertisers into tracked links. Product feeds cover 650M+ products, updated daily via API or FTP in XML or CSV, and a promotional feed delivers coupons and deals. A Web Services API, comparison widgets and a WordPress plugin (in beta) round out the toolset.

Traffic rules and compliance

Every traffic source must be verified (DNS, HTML or free blog verification) and approved before links go live, and links may only be used on approved sources. The publisher agreement bans adult content, trademark bidding in PPC, direct linking from paid search unless the advertiser allows it, spam, forum and comment placements, and URLs containing advertiser trademarks. Pop-ups, pop-unders and push are banned unless exempted in writing, and email, SMS and newsletter promotion need written approval plus consent records kept for five years. Browser extensions must follow stand-down rules. Traffic is expected to convert at 1% or better on average; sources falling below that can be removed from programs.

Support and getting started

Signup has three verification steps: email, phone by SMS (mandatory, no workaround) and traffic source. The compliance team usually answers verified applications within two business days. Approved publishers get account management, a ticketed help center and email support at support@flexoffers.com, with payment questions handled by accounting@flexoffers.com. Applications can start at the FlexOffers signup page.

Who it suits

FlexOffers fits established content sites, coupon and deal sites, comparison publishers and creators who want thousands of brands under one login and one payment. New sites with little traffic are often declined, and anyone who needs fast cash flow should note the default Net 60 schedule. Media buyers running pop, push or incentive traffic should look elsewhere.

How to join

  1. Start the publisher application

Affiliates open the signup page on flexoffers.com and enter their contact details, then confirm the verification link sent by email.

  2. Add company details and verify the phone

The second step asks for company information and an SMS phone verification, which cannot be skipped.

  3. Verify the traffic source

Applicants prove ownership of the website or other source using DNS, HTML or blog verification. Sources must be live, original and accessible to reviewers.

  4. Wait for compliance review

The team usually decides within two business days. Declines are typically for unverified, thin, inactive or adult sources, or URLs containing brand trademarks.

  5. Apply to programs and set up payment

Approved publishers apply to individual advertiser programs and add payment and tax details through the Tipalti payee dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How long does FlexOffers take to approve publishers?

The compliance team usually answers completed and verified applications within two business days. Applicants must verify their email, phone number by SMS and traffic source first. If more than five business days pass after full verification, support@flexoffers.com can expedite the review.

What is the FlexOffers minimum payout?

The monthly threshold is $25 for ACH, check, eCheck and PayPal, and $1,000 for wire transfers. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month. A processing fee is charged on every payment.

When does FlexOffers pay publishers?

Standard terms are monthly on Net 60, so March commissions are processed at the end of May and paid in the first week of June. Commissions are only released after the advertiser pays FlexOffers. Biweekly and weekly schedules are tied to paid Growth Plans.

Which payment methods does FlexOffers support?

Payouts run through Tipalti and include ACH or local bank transfer, check, eCheck, PayPal and wire transfer. Available currencies depend on the country and method. Fees range from about $1.15 for ACH to $29.90 for an international wire paid in USD.

Does FlexOffers still offer Net 7 or advance payments?

Older marketing pages mention Net 7 for top performers and advance payments, but the current help center says FlexOffers does not front or advance payments and that faster schedules come with paid Growth Plans. Publishers should confirm their schedule in the dashboard before relying on faster terms.

What commission models does FlexOffers use?

Most programs pay a percentage of each sale (CPS), with some lead-based and fixed CPA programs. Each advertiser sets its own rate, cookie length and rules. Affiliates apply to programs individually after the network account is approved.

What traffic does FlexOffers allow?

Verified websites, social accounts, email lists and apps can be approved. Adult content, trademark bidding, spam, forum and comment placements, pop-ups, pop-unders and push are banned unless exempted in writing. Email and SMS promotion need prior written approval.

Does FlexOffers have a referral program?

Yes. FlexCash pays Starter-tier publishers 5% of net revenue generated by referred publishers, and paid plans can earn higher rates. Each referral must pass the network's own approval checks.

What tools does FlexOffers give publishers?

Publishers get real-time reporting, deep links, sub-ID tracking, FlexLinks auto-linking, a Web Services API, product feeds covering 650M+ products and a daily coupon feed. A WordPress plugin is in beta.

How do publishers contact FlexOffers support?

General support runs through support@flexoffers.com and a ticket form in the help center, and payment questions go to accounting@flexoffers.com. Approved publishers also get an account manager.
