What DreamAff is

DreamAff is a CPA network that says it was founded in 2020 by a team of super-affiliates and data scientists. It lists a business address at 75 East 3rd Street in Sheridan, Wyoming, with a US phone line, and pitches itself to media buyers as a network with direct offers, private caps and weekly payouts. The site describes more than 1,000 exclusive offers, quoting 1,157 in one place and 2,000+ in another. Its headline counters for GEOs, live offers, total paid out and active publishers display zero, and its testimonials use first names and initials only, so the scale claims are hard to judge from the outside.

Offers and verticals

DreamAff highlights five verticals: adult, automotive, career and jobs, casino and gambling, and dating. That combination leans toward adult, dating and gambling traffic, where pop, push, native and adult ad networks are common. Offers are described as available worldwide, and the network says it negotiates private caps directly with advertisers, which matters for buyers who hit daily limits on public offers. Payouts and GEO details per offer are shown in the dashboard after approval.

Commission models and payouts

DreamAff pays on a CPA basis. Its homepage FAQ lists USDT (TRC20 and ERC20) and Bitcoin as primary methods, with wire transfer, Capitalist and Payoneer as fiat options. The minimum is $100 for crypto and $500 for wire, on a standard weekly Net-7 schedule. Partners doing $1,000 or more per week can request Net-4 or daily payments after verification.

The written Terms and Conditions, dated February 24, 2025, say something different: Net-15 after the end of the billing period, a $50 minimum, and only USDT, Bitcoin, wire and Capitalist. Affiliates should confirm which terms apply to their account before scaling, since Net-7 and Net-15 mean very different cash-flow needs. A referral program pays a lifetime percentage of referred publishers’ earnings, with the rate not published.

Tracking, tools and platform

The network runs a proprietary in-house tracker with real-time stats on clicks, conversions and EPC. It supports S2S postbacks for Voluum, RedTrack, Binom and Keitaro, custom tracking domains to reduce ad-blocker losses, and proxy checking with IP quality scoring to filter bots. API documentation and a SmartLink are advertised, but their links lead nowhere on the public site.

Traffic rules and compliance

The terms ban spam email, bots and click farms, misleading creatives, cloaking of referring URLs, and incentivized traffic unless an offer allows it. The FAQ adds that “free traffic” methods are prohibited. Accounts flagged for IP spoofing, cookie stuffing or bot leads are terminated and all pending commissions are forfeited, and payment can be withheld if traffic quality falls short of advertiser standards.

Applicants fill in a publisher application covering identity, phone and full postal address, a messenger handle, promotion methods, top GEOs and how they found the network. The homepage promises instant approval while elsewhere DreamAff describes itself as selective, so a manager review is likely.
