What BetAffiliation is

BetAffiliation is an iGaming affiliate network focused only on the Italian market. It is operated by TOP WORK S.r.l., a company registered in San Marino (registry no. 7632, C.O.E. SM26974) at Via Consiglio dei Sessanta 99, Dogana. The network launched in 2017, built by affiliate managers, SEO specialists and developers from the Italian online gaming industry. BetAffiliation says it has more than 1,200 partners running around 5,000 online properties, sending about 10,000 depositing players a month and earning over €2 million in monthly commissions. It won Campaign of the Year at the iGB Affiliate Awards 2025 and Rising Star at the EGR Italy Awards 2020.

Offers and verticals

The network carries only operators licensed by Italy’s Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM, formerly AAMS) for sports betting, online casino and poker. Brands promoted include Snai, Sisal, Lottomatica, Eurobet, Goldbet, StarCasinò, LeoVegas, 888, NetBet, Netwin, Marathonbet, Stanleybet, PokerStars, bwin, Betfair, William Hill, Planetwin365, Betway, Betclic, SportItaliaBet and Slottery. Traffic must be Italian. In return, affiliates get one contract across most of the big Italian brands, plus compliance-checked tools such as bonus and odds comparators.

Commission models and payouts

Deals are CPA, revenue share on net player losses, or hybrid, and the affiliate manager negotiates terms after sign-up. CPA triggers on a first deposit above each operator’s minimum, which appears in the panel under the “+” icon beside each brand. CPA is not paid for speculative play, such as a player staking the whole deposit on one bet and then leaving.

Commissions are calculated by the 15th of the following month. Affiliates then request payment between the 15th and 25th, and it is paid within 30 days of the request, so money typically arrives 45 to 70 days after the month it was earned. The minimum is €80 by Skrill or €500 by bank transfer (including IBAN prepaid cards), and smaller balances roll over. One clause needs close attention: an affiliate who brings fewer than ten new customers in a 30-day period is classed as inactive, and from the following month no commission is owed, regardless of earlier deals. That makes long-tail revenue share risky for small sites.

Tracking, tools and platform

Affiliates work from a proprietary control panel that generates tracking links and promo codes per operator and shows statistics, which update daily rather than in real time. Tools focus on informational and comparison content, such as bonus comparators built to fit Italian advertising rules. Postback and API access are not documented publicly.

Traffic rules and compliance

Italy’s Dignity Decree bans gambling advertising, and BetAffiliation’s terms turn AGCOM’s guidelines into hard rules. Affiliates must remove all banners and use only informational or comparison material from the panel. Calls to action like “Gioca ORA” must be replaced with neutral wording like “Scopri di più”, the ADM and 18+ logos must be shown, and odds or bonus comparisons must carry the AGCOM disclaimer. Email and SMS campaigns, incentives, offline traffic, spam, multiple accounts, self-registration and adult content are all banned, and so is promoting the same brands through direct deals without approval. Violations can lead to withheld commissions, fines passed on to the affiliate and termination. Disputes go to the courts of San Marino.

Support and getting started

Registration is free and asks for an Italian VAT number or tax code (P.IVA/Codice Fiscale), along with phone and a site or page link. Applicants without a website can describe their promotion method instead. A dedicated manager follows up to set the deal, and the network advertises assistance seven days a week via email and its contact form.

Who it suits

BetAffiliation suits established Italian betting and casino sites, odds and bonus comparison portals and Italian organic social pages that consistently deliver depositing players. It suits poorly anyone outside Italy, paid-media buyers, email marketers and small sites at risk of falling under the ten-customer activity threshold.
