affiliaXe is a CPA affiliate network run by affiliaXe Ltd from Tel Aviv, Israel. The company dates its operation to 2010 and describes itself as a cross-platform performance network founded by experienced online marketers. It works on a managed model: an approvals team screens every application and pairs accepted affiliates with an affiliate manager. affiliaXe says it is active in 175 countries and processes around 10 million transactions a month. Its homepage also cites 10,000 traffic partners and a counter of 31,000+ active publishers, so these are best read as marketing figures. The office works Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00 Israel time, so Friday messages wait until Sunday.

Offers and verticals

The catalog covers 25 verticals, including software and utilities, antivirus and VPN, eCommerce gadgets, mobile apps, subscriptions, beauty, diet, free trials, background checks, education, dating, sweepstakes, insurance, finance and travel. Most showcased campaigns are CPA deals on well-known antivirus and VPN brands. Each offer page lists allowed countries, permitted and banned traffic, device and carrier targeting and the conversion event. Clicks from countries an offer does not accept are redirected to a global fallback offer, so stats can show conversions on campaigns an affiliate never ran.

Parts of the public showcase look dated, with Black Friday landers and pandemic-era UV sanitizer gadgets still listed, so affiliates should confirm that the offers they want are live and uncapped before buying traffic.

Commission models and payouts

Most offers pay a fixed CPA per sale, lead, install, subscription or PIN submit, including SOI and DOI lead offers, with some revenue share deals in the mix. Rates sit on each offer inside the platform next to average EPC and conversion rate, and managers can approve payout bumps for consistent, quality volume. affiliaXe pays every two weeks once an affiliate reaches a $100 (or 100 euro) minimum. Payouts run through Tipalti, where affiliates pick PayPal, Payoneer, ACH or bank wire; the homepage also shows checks and debit cards. New affiliates are promised a $1,000 welcome bonus, but the qualifying conditions are not published, so it is worth clarifying with the manager. Tracking, tools and platform

Tracking is link and cookie based, with iFrame or image pixels on most offers and server postbacks on offers that need post-conversion validation. Affiliates can fire their own pixel or postback URL to an external tracker, though image-pixel and server-postback offers accept postbacks only. The dashboard counts unique clicks only, and conversions can take up to 10 minutes to show. Traffic rules and compliance

affiliaXe accepts display, search, social, email, video, mobile and PPV traffic, but each offer sets its own list. A typical VPN offer allows display, email, social, search, native and push while banning incentives, brand bidding, co-reg, adult and PPV. Incentivized traffic is only allowed on offers marked as incentivized. Brand bidding needs written manager consent. Mailers must use supplied from and subject lines, honor suppression lists and follow CAN-SPAM. Self-conversions count as fraud, and the network states zero tolerance: an account terminated for fraud is not paid even for its legitimate leads.

Phone verification is mandatory. The approvals team calls each applicant before activating the account and will not approve over email alone.
