What Advidi is

Advidi is a performance marketing and CPA network founded in Amsterdam in 2012. The contracting entity is Bang! Media Group B.V., a Dutch company registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 34368707, trading as Advidi from Watertorenplein in Amsterdam. Roy Scheerder became CEO in 2025, and the 2026 plan centers on better payout pricing, a wider offer portfolio and more detailed performance insights. Advidi is best known in dating, where it runs in-house dating products, and it says it works with hundreds of advertisers worldwide.

Offers and verticals

Dating is the core of the business. Advidi says it has more than 300 in-house dating offers across 25+ regions, and its stated 2026 focus is casual dating, mostly on RevShare, plus antivirus offers on CPS. Its Russian-language site also lists sweepstakes and finance within its CPL network. Older FAQ material mentions iGaming and health and beauty, but current messaging is about dating and antivirus, so affiliates in other niches should ask what is live before applying.

The strongest markets named by the network are the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, Scandinavia, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium, with tier 2 reach in Spain, Italy, Latin America, Southeast Asia and South Africa. Select partners can get exclusive and private offers, tailored caps and guaranteed EPCs.

Commission models and payouts

Rates are set per offer: RevShare dominates dating, CPS applies to antivirus, and CPA and CPL deals cover the rest. RevShare builds income from user spend over time rather than paying a fixed amount per conversion, so cash flow is slower at first but can compound on good traffic.

Standard terms are weekly Net 9 or monthly Net 9, meaning a period’s earnings are paid nine days after it closes. Weekly payment requires at least $1,000 in revenue for the period, and high-volume partners can move to weekly Net 4. The affiliate services page goes further, mentioning bi-weekly and weekly Net 0 and Net 2 cycles plus pre-financing for proven partners, while the publisher terms only promise a payment term of no more than one month. New partners should plan around Net 9 and treat faster cycles as something earned with volume. Listed methods are wire, PayPal, Paxum and Payoneer, with WebMoney also named on the services page. Advidi self-bills on the affiliate’s behalf, its statistics are final, and invoice disputes must be raised within seven days. A referral program pays a percentage of referred partners’ revenue for one year.

Tracking, tools and platform

The affiliate dashboard runs on CAKE, so postbacks, pixels, SubIDs and standard reporting work as experienced buyers expect. In-house tools add a Smart Cap Management tool that moves unfilled caps to other offers, a Mistrack Prevention Overlay meant to keep conversions recorded when either side’s systems go down, an Offer Rotator for testing several offers through one link, and cloud infrastructure for consistent offer speed across GEOs. Select partners also get custom landing pages, pre-lander optimization and translation help.

Traffic rules and compliance

The Code of Conduct and terms ban spam, phishing, malware, bots and other artificial traffic, links on sites the affiliate did not disclose, and any attempt to bypass or falsify tracking. Email needs documented opt-in consent, and fake, paid or undisclosed reviews are prohibited. Advertiser pause requests must be actioned within 48 hours. Penalties run from suspension to termination and clawback of commissions, and the code unusually bars partners from posting negative comments about Advidi on public forums. Either side can end the agreement on 72 hours’ notice.

Support and getting started

Applications go through the affiliate signup form. Signups are reviewed daily with a first response usually within 24 hours, and approval is interview-based. Each approved affiliate gets a dedicated manager who acts as a traffic consultant, negotiates payouts and caps, and flags new offers.
