What BothAds is

BothAds is a performance network built around direct carrier billing (DCB) and mobile value-added services (MVAS). The operating company is BOTHADS CO., LTD., with an office in San Po Kong, Hong Kong, and the business dates to 2017. It sits between advertisers, traffic partners, aggregators and mobile operators, and works with carriers both directly and through aggregators. Beyond mobile subscriptions, BothAds runs lead generation and credit card submit programs and develops its own direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands. Offers and verticals

The core product is mobile content subscriptions charged to the user’s phone bill. Supported flows are 1-click, PIN/OTP, MO (SMS keyword), Click2SMS and IVR, and the flow depends on the country, carrier and portal. MVAS GEOs cover Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines), Pakistan and the UAE, Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, South Africa), Europe (Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland) and Latin America (Chile, Mexico, Brazil). Lead generation covers sweepstakes, insurance (auto, health, life, home), home improvement (solar, roofing, windows, HVAC) and nutra. CC submit covers free trials for skincare, supplements and streaming, e-learning, fitness memberships, and antivirus and VPN software. Commission models and payouts

Offers pay on a CPA basis: per subscription for DCB and MVAS, per qualified lead for lead gen (CPL for sweepstakes), and per card submission for CC submit. Rates are not published and are shared per offer after approval. BothAds advertises weekly payments on Net-7 terms via PayPal, Payoneer or wire, with a $100 minimum. Weekly Net-7 is fast for mobile traffic, which matters for buyers who prepay their traffic sources. There is no public publisher agreement, so hold periods, reversals for carrier scrubs and chargebacks, and any referral deal need to be agreed with the account manager before scaling.

Tracking, tools and platform

Publishers work in a proprietary panel at publisher.bothads.com with a live conversion dashboard, real-time tracking and API integration for external trackers. Campaign setup is promoted as one-click, and the account team helps with creatives. For MVAS, BothAds also offers portal and filter mapping, which tells affiliates which carrier portal, flow type and anti-fraud filter an offer sits behind. That has real value: in Thailand each TrueMove and DTAC portal sets its own reCAPTCHA score threshold, and Nigerian offers can sit behind filters such as Evina, mFilterIt or SecureD that stop traffic without any warning in the dashboard.

Traffic rules and compliance

For lead gen and CC submit, BothAds works with Google and YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, and native and push networks such as Taboola, Outbrain and MGID, alongside its own media buying team. It rules out black-hat methods and incentivized traffic. Leads pass real-time email and SMS verification, IP filtering and duplicate checks, and CC submit traffic is screened with blacklist and velocity checks, fraud scoring and 3D Secure where applicable. Carrier billing is heavily regulated and filtered, so affiliates should expect scrubbed conversions on low-quality mobile traffic and should match creatives and flows to each portal rather than running one setup everywhere.

Newcomers to DCB, affiliates who want a published agreement before sending traffic, and anyone relying on incentivized traffic should look elsewhere or start small.
