What SmartAdv is

SmartAdv, LLC is a US performance marketing company based in Wellington, Florida, with an office at 4095 S State Road 7. It runs an affiliate network for publishers alongside advertising, lead generation, creative, test marketing and consumer profiling services for brands. SmartAdv says it was founded by a team of investment banking professionals, and it claims access to databases of 270 million consumers and 14 million businesses for lead generation. It does not publish a founding year or affiliate counts. The network works with individual affiliates, ad agencies, media buyers and email specialists.

Offers and verticals

The offer catalog spans more than 50 categories, with a strong US direct-response focus. Categories include auto insurance and auto warranty, credit cards, credit repair, debt settlement, installment loans and loans for the US, UK and international markets, finance and mortgage, health and life insurance, home security, home warranty and home improvement, legal and claims, dating, casino and sports betting, crypto, diet, men’s health, beauty, BizOp, careers and jobs, education, games, downloads and e-commerce trial offers. The country filter lists around 109 countries, but most offers accept only specific GEOs, and some are GEO-locked so clicks from other countries do not convert.

Commission models and payouts

Payouts are set per offer and shown inside the platform after approval. SmartAdv offers four payment terms: Weekly Net 7, Monthly Net 7, Monthly Net 15 and Monthly Net 30. Weekly billing weeks start on Monday and payments go out on Mondays in the late afternoon Eastern time, so a week ending July 7 is paid on July 15. Monthly Net 30 means July earnings arrive on August 30. Payments run through Tipalti inside the Everflow account. Methods are ACH direct deposit to US bank accounts, wire transfer with a $1,000 minimum, PayPal, Payoneer and a local bank transfer option for non-US affiliates that costs $7 per transaction plus any currency conversion. Wires carry bank fees and a conversion fee for non-USD payouts, so taking payment in USD avoids the conversion charge. A W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E tax form must be on file before any payment is released. No general minimum payout is published, so affiliates should confirm it with their account manager.

Tracking, tools and platform

SmartAdv runs on Everflow. Affiliates generate tracking links, choose between landing pages on an offer, see how many users reached an offer’s checkout step, and set up postbacks or tracking pixels to send conversions to their own tracker. Everflow API access is available on request through the account manager. A knowledge base covers getting started, running offers, integrations, reports, payments and troubleshooting.

Traffic rules and compliance

Rules are set offer by offer. Some offers allow paid search bidding on the brand name, others allow no search traffic at all. Offers can carry content rules, day parting (often business hours for lead generation), daily or total caps and SubID approval, where the advertiser reviews creatives and landing pages before an affiliate can run. SmartAdv also bans some content types outright. Breaking an offer’s restrictions can lead to being paused, conversions being cancelled or the account being closed.

Support and getting started

The signup form asks for name, company, affiliate type, industry references, a social media profile and a preferred contact method, with Telegram recommended. After email verification and a questionnaire, the application is reviewed and an account manager calls; this call is a required step. Offer access is requested inside the platform and approved by the manager. Support runs through the account manager, a ticket system and helpdesk@smartadv.com.

Who it suits

SmartAdv suits US-focused media buyers, email specialists and lead generation affiliates working insurance, finance, home services and trial offers, especially those who value weekly payment. Beginners without references, and affiliates who want instant self-serve approval, will find the vetting slower than at open networks.
