What Giantmobi is

Giantmobi is a Vietnam-based mobile ad network and affiliate network with its office in Group 03, Cam Gia ward, Thai Nguyen City. It works both sides: it takes mobile app, web and Facebook campaigns from advertisers and buys or brokers traffic from publishers, DSPs, other networks and local publishers, and it also sells an anti-fraud service to agencies and ad networks. The company says it handles billions of impressions per month worldwide. Its site is available in English and Vietnamese, and job listings for account managers and marketing staff are based in Thai Nguyen. The company does not publish a founding year or registered legal entity on its site.

Offers and verticals

Giantmobi focuses on mobile: app installs, mobile content, games, software downloads and lead generation, plus entertainment, finance, white-hat products and nutra. Campaigns are global and include clean, incent and mixed-traffic offers, which is unusual and useful for app-wall and rewarded publishers. Placements cover video, banner, pop, redirect and app wall across mobile web, in-app, Google and Facebook. The public offers page is empty, so the offer list is only visible after login.

Commission models and payouts

The core model is CPI for app installs, with CPA and CPL for lead and content offers and CPM for publishers selling inventory. The affiliate agreement sets a $500 minimum balance, which is high for small publishers; balances below it roll over monthly. Depending on the offer, commissions are paid weekly on Friday or monthly on the 30th. Payment methods are bank transfer, PayPal, PingPong and USDT. Payment depends on the advertiser paying Giantmobi, invoices are generated automatically, and disputes must be raised within three days of the cycle closing. Giantmobi’s numbers govern if stats differ by more than 10% and no reconciliation is reached, and previously paid actions can be charged back.

Tracking, tools and platform

The affiliate panel at affiliate.giantmobi.com handles offers, links and reporting, with S2S postback and API integration and support for all major tracking solutions. For app campaigns it connects to Adjust and AppsFlyer data. Its anti-fraud product rejects fraudulent installs and conversions before they are reported, offers granular reporting by source and sub ID, and exports to CSV, XLS and PDF. Optimization covers country, carrier, OS, Wi-Fi or mobile data, device make and model, demographics and IP.

Traffic rules and compliance

Incentive traffic is allowed only on offers marked as incent, so each campaign’s rules must be checked. The agreement bans fraudulent or bot traffic, pre-populated fields, sexually explicit, gambling and other objectionable content, brand bidding and marketplace listings where the offer prohibits it, and chat room or bulletin board placements without approval. Pop-ups and pop-unders must be labeled, and adware must be clearly disclosed and removable. Email affiliates must scrub against the suppression list. Sub-networks may run offers if their own affiliates accept the agreement, and Giantmobi uses its own anti-fraud screening and AppsFlyer and Adjust data to reject installs.
