What OfferGate is

OfferGate is a multi-vertical CPA network run from Limassol, Cyprus. The service and payments are handled by Kadam Advertising Ltd (registration HE 441056), while sister company Kadam CY Ltd holds the platform’s intellectual property. The brand has operated since 2016 and says it works with more than 27,000 partners. Its catalog leans toward desktop software, browsers, utilities and e-commerce rather than dating or nutra.

Offers and verticals

The network groups its inventory into four verticals: mobile apps (pay per install), e-commerce (sales from large online stores), software (pay per install or download) and online games (browser and client games paid per new user or in-game goal). The live catalog includes Opera One desktop CPI, WPS Office CPI by region, VPN and cloud storage apps, PC cleaners, Shopee CPS for Taiwan and Thailand, and a download widget for file traffic sites. Each offer card lists eCPC, conversion rate, hold time and moderation status.

Offer rules are strict. The Opera listing accepts mainstream desktop users only, bans VPN, data center, bot, email and incent traffic and brand bidding, and caps volume at $500 a day until a traffic check.

Commission models and payouts

Rates are set per offer. CPI dominates the software side, with tariffs from a few cents per install on cleaner and widget offers up to the $70 rate the homepage shows for the multi-GEO Opera One CPI offer. E-commerce offers pay a revenue share on sales (CPS), and some app offers pay per trial or activation. Hold periods are also per offer: many software offers show no hold, Shopee Thailand shows 5 days and several newer app and software offers hold for 30 days or more. Hold length can also vary by partner group.

Withdrawals can be requested daily through Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Paxum and USDT, and payouts to self-employed individuals are supported. The agreement puts all payment fees on the partner and states that the minimum withdrawal appears in each partner’s profile rather than in the public terms, so affiliates should check it in the dashboard before planning cash flow. A referral system pays a percentage of the income withdrawn by referred partners for three months after each referral registers. The rate is shown in the dashboard.

Tracking, tools and platform

OfferGate runs its own partner dashboard with an offer catalog that can be sorted by rating, eCPC, conversion rate and hold time. Remuneration is calculated from the network’s own statistics. Postback integration is supported for passing conversions to an external tracker, and a test postback offer sits in the catalog for checking setups. API and creative details should be confirmed with the manager.

Traffic rules and compliance

The publisher agreement was written mainly for website owners. Sites on commercial hosting need at least 1,000 unique visitors a day over the last month, sites on free hosting at least 500, and at least 50% of traffic must come from search engines. Partners must give the network access to their site statistics, and remuneration is not paid without that access. Content locking and motivated traffic, malware, adware bundling, forced clicks and deceptive ad formats (fake close or download buttons, fake prize claims, false urgency) are banned, as are botnets, heavy proxy or VPN traffic and multiple accounts.

Fraud findings lead to account blocking and immediate write-off of the balance, with a 30-day window to object by email. Accounts inactive for 180 days in a row can be blocked and their balance reset, with restoration possible on request within a year. The agreement also excludes sanctioned parties and any entity or resident of the Russian Federation, and the network can request identity documents at any time.

Support and getting started

Signup at offergate.com takes an email and password, a captcha and confirmation that the applicant is 18 or older and accepts the publisher agreement. Many offers then require moderation before traffic is accepted. Support runs through og_support@offergate.pro, a public Telegram chat and a Limassol phone line. Managers can raise rates for strong sources.

Who it suits

OfferGate fits webmasters running download portals, file-sharing sites, software catalogs and search-driven content sites that want desktop CPI and utility offers with frequent withdrawals. Content-locker publishers, incentive and pop-heavy traffic, and nutra, dating or gambling affiliates are a poor match.
