Editor's verdict

Win-Offers is an iGaming affiliate program offering casino and betting traffic deals on CPA, revenue share or hybrid terms, all negotiated individually with a manager. The basics are workable: a $100 minimum, payment by the 20th of the following month and a clear revenue share formula.

The small print leans heavily toward the program. The agreement names no legal entity or governing law, allows 10 to 25% administrative deductions, carries negative balances forward by default, permits holds of up to 180 days, requires five FTDs before CPA pays, and can reset commission after two quiet months. It can also be changed without notice.

It is best treated as a deal-by-deal program for experienced gambling affiliates who negotiate in writing, ideally securing no negative carryover and confirmed payment methods before launch. Beginners and anyone who needs strong contractual protection should start elsewhere.

About Win Offers

What Win-Offers is

Win-Offers is an iGaming affiliate program that sends players to exclusive gambling offers through CPA, revenue share and hybrid deals. Its partner agreement is dated June 2023 and the partner cabinet runs in English, Ukrainian and Russian. The program does not name a legal entity, headquarters or governing jurisdiction in its agreement, which says only that disputes go to a jurisdiction Win-Offers specifies. That is a real gap for an affiliate who might one day need to recover unpaid commission, and it is worth asking a manager which company signs the deal.

Offers and verticals

Offers cover online casino and sports betting, with advertising materials that include odds alongside banners, links, texts, images, logos and videos, supplied on request. Each offer inside the cabinet carries its own conditions: payment model, caps, GEO targeting, allowed distribution channels, KPIs and publication period. GEOs are not listed publicly; the signup form asks for each applicant’s main traffic GEO, and offers are assigned around that.

Commission models and payouts

Commission is negotiated individually with a Win-Offers representative. On revenue share the formula is deposits minus winnings, bonuses and an administrative deduction, multiplied by the partner’s rate. The administrative deduction is typically 10 to 25% and varies by payment method and game provider, which is high enough to move real revenue share earnings noticeably. CPA deals are tied to quality KPIs set by the manager; if traffic misses them, Win-Offers can withhold the CPA or recalculate it as revenue share.

Payments are made by the 20th of the month following each calendar month, once the balance exceeds $100 and, on CPA, includes at least five first-time depositors. Smaller balances roll forward. Payment details must be updated by the 10th, the payment method is agreed separately with each partner, and negative balances carry over by default unless excluded in an individual deal. The agreement also allows payments to be withheld for up to 180 days for compliance review, longer holds on traffic that deviates from KPIs, a commission reset after two months without new players, and forfeiture of fees not claimed within six months. Caps matter too: traffic above an agreed cap may go unpaid.

Tracking, tools and platform

Partners work in a web cabinet with statistics, an offers list, creative and payment history reports, and tracking links generated by Win-Offers. Tracking uses a 30-day post-click cookie window, after which attribution parameters are erased. Only the program’s own links may be used, and creatives cannot be modified without written consent.

Traffic rules and compliance

The agreement bans email and social spam, contextual ads using the brand name in any form, incentivized and cashback traffic, cookie manipulation, misleading messaging, self-registration, and sites aimed at minors. Pop-under, click-under and iframe traffic need prior consent. Each partner may hold only one account, must prove ownership of listed sources on request, and must disclose traffic sources when asked or face suspended payments. An internal anti-fraud system screens traffic and its results are not shared. Partners are also fully responsible for gambling advertising laws in their own jurisdiction.

Support and getting started

Partners apply through the Win-Offers registration form, which asks for email, username, password, phone, a Telegram or Teams handle, main traffic sources, main GEO and how the applicant found the program. Win-Offers can reject applications without explanation. After approval, a manager sets the deal; billing questions go to support@win-offers.com, and objections to a payout must be raised within 30 days. A strict confidentiality clause bars partners from publishing manager correspondence, with account blocking and a balance reset as the penalty.

Who it suits

Win-Offers suits experienced casino and betting affiliates who can negotiate their own deal, hit CPA quality KPIs and live with long review windows. Newcomers, affiliates who need fixed published rates, and anyone uncomfortable with an undisclosed operating entity, default negative carryover and a 180-day possible hold should look elsewhere.

How to join

  1. Open the registration form

Affiliates sign up at partners.win-offers.com with an email, username and password.

  2. Add contact details

The form asks for a phone number and a Telegram, Teams or other messenger handle.

  3. Describe the traffic

Applicants state their main traffic sources, main GEO and how they found the program, plus an optional company name.

  4. Accept the partner agreement

Submitting the form means accepting the terms, privacy policy and cookie policy, so the agreement is worth reading first.

  5. Agree a deal with a manager

After approval, a manager negotiates the model, rate, caps, KPIs and payment method for each offer.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Win-Offers minimum payout?

The minimum payout is $100. On CPA deals the period must also include at least five first-time depositors, and balances below the threshold roll forward to the next month.

When does Win-Offers pay affiliates?

Payments are made by the 20th of the month following each calendar month. Partners must update their payment details by the 10th, or the most recent details on file are used.

Which payment methods does Win-Offers support?

The payment method is agreed separately with each partner rather than chosen from a fixed public list. Affiliates should settle the method and any transfer fees with their manager before the first payout.

What commission models does Win-Offers offer?

Win-Offers works on CPA, revenue share and hybrid deals, with rates negotiated individually. Revenue share is calculated on deposits minus winnings, bonuses and an administrative deduction of typically 10 to 25%.

Does Win-Offers have negative carryover?

Yes, by default a negative balance carries over to the next month. It can be excluded from a partner's deal on request, which is worth negotiating before sending revenue share traffic.

Can Win-Offers hold payments?

The agreement allows payments to be withheld for up to 180 days for compliance review, and holds can be extended when traffic deviates from KPIs. Traffic that fails anti-fraud checks or exceeds an agreed cap may not be paid at all.

What traffic is banned at Win-Offers?

Spam, brand-name contextual ads, incentivized and cashback traffic, cookie manipulation, misleading messages and sites aimed at minors are banned. Pop-under, click-under and iframe traffic require prior consent.

How does Win-Offers track players?

Players are tracked through referral links generated in the partner cabinet, with a 30-day post-click cookie window. Only the program's own links and unmodified creatives may be used.

How do affiliates contact Win-Offers?

Each approved partner works with a manager over the messenger handle given at signup, usually Telegram or Teams. Billing objections must be emailed to support@win-offers.com within 30 days of a payout notice.
