The Cloudways affiliate program pays for referring customers to its managed cloud hosting. Affiliates choose between two commission models and can also earn from sub-affiliates.
Commission models
- Slab model: up to $125 per sale, based on how many customers you refer in the month. The slabs run 1 to 5, 6 to 20, 21 to 45 and 46 to 80 customers, with a higher rate at each level. All slabs reset on the 1st of each month.
- Hybrid model: $30 per sale plus 7% lifetime commission on what the customer pays.
- Two-tier: 7% of the per-sale commission your sub-affiliates earn.
A change of commission model applies from the start of the following month.

A signup is approved once the referred customer upgrades to a full account by adding billing details and has paid at least two full invoices.
