SphinxADS is a lead-generation and affiliate network operated by Sphinx Ads LLC from the Sharjah Media City free zone in the United Arab Emirates, with the site footer naming SphinxADS-Yandago Holding. It positions itself as a partnership management group that runs advertiser budgets across several pricing models, and it also sells agency-style services such as asset management, site design, content strategy, demographic targeting, SEO and online reputation management. The company says it uses AI to improve lead generation and conversion, and that its lead partners generate millions in annual revenue, but it publishes no founding year, partner count or offer count. Its social profiles date from 2023.

Offers and verticals

Lead generation is the core. The site describes campaigns across a wide range of verticals without naming them, so the actual offer mix is only visible inside the partner portal after approval. The emphasis on qualified leads, consent records and suppression lists in the partner terms points to form-fill, co-registration style and email-driven lead offers rather than click arbitrage.

Commission models and payouts

SphinxADS works on CPL, CPA, CPE, CPS and CPC models, with rates set per program. The homepage promises weekly payments made on time, but the partner terms that every affiliate accepts at signup say payments go out approximately 5, 15 or 30 days after the end of each month, less any required tax withholding. These two statements do not match, so new partners should ask which schedule their account is on before scaling.

The terms also let the company retain payments until the advertiser has paid, reduce outstanding payouts for invalid events, tracking errors or discrepancies, and invoice the affiliate for repayment within 15 days if no balance is left to offset. Disputes over final numbers must be raised in writing within five business days. Minimum payout and payment methods are not published, and the signup form has no payment fields, so both are set up with the manager after approval.

Tracking, tools and platform

The partner portal at panel.sphinxads.com runs on Everflow, and advertisers onboard through a separate Everflow client portal. Everflow provides tracking links, sub-ID reporting and server postbacks, which makes it straightforward to connect an external tracker.

Traffic rules and compliance

The rules are strict and lead-quality focused. Incentives to users are prohibited, as are pop-ups, spyware, adware, bots, hidden redirects and phishing. Traffic from adult sites or from points, lottery and rewards sites needs written approval. Ads may run only on approved sites, never on online newspapers or Craigslist, and never next to pornography, tobacco, violence, gambling or illegal content. Advertiser trademarks need permission. Email publishers must keep opt-in records, provide proof of consent on request, process unsubscribes within ten business days, apply suppression lists and follow EU data protection law. Fraud means forfeited commission, termination and clawback of earlier payments. The agreement is governed by UAE law, and either side can end it on three business days’ notice.
