What OGAds is

OGAds is a content locking network for mobile and desktop traffic, based at 222 W. Merchandise Mart Plaza in Chicago, Illinois, with its publisher terms issued by OG Technologies. The model is simple: a publisher places a locker over something visitors want (a download, a game mod, a premium page, a link), and the visitor unlocks it by completing an offer such as an app install, a short survey or an email or PIN submit. OGAds says more than 25,000 publishers currently use the platform, mainly affiliates, webmasters and app developers.

Offers and verticals

The offer pool centers on iOS and Android app installs on mobile, with content surveys and downloads on desktop, plus email submit and PIN submit offers. In a standard setup the publisher does not hand-pick offers: the locker shows offers matched to each visitor’s country and device, which is how the network covers worldwide traffic. Smart Links can chain several email and PIN submit offers in priority order, each with its own country and device rules, send unmatched visitors to a fallback URL (OGAds recommends a content locker there) and grant access for up to 30 days. A newer GPT Builder launches a branded Get Paid To rewards site in which every task is an OGAds offer and the publisher keeps the margin.

Commission models and payouts

Publishers earn per completed action (app installs, surveys and lead-style submits), with payouts varying by offer and GEO. Earnings are invoiced by date range and paid Net 7, meaning seven days after the last day of the earnings period, so a week ending on a Sunday is paid the following Sunday. The minimum payout is $50. Publishers who want money sooner can request early payment from the Payments tab for a 15% fee, handled within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends, but only once the $50 minimum is reached.

Payment methods are crypto, PayPal, Payoneer, wire, direct deposit and e-cheque, and wires usually arrive two to three days after sending. One caveat: the formal publisher terms, last revised in 2009, still describe monthly payment of balances above $50. The weekly Net 7 cycle is how the network operates today, but publishers should confirm the schedule on the Payments page of their account. The terms also let OGAds withhold, charge back or offset commissions on invalid actions, and its numbers prevail in reporting disputes.

Tracking, tools and platform

Lockers come in desktop and mobile versions with custom styling, custom fonts, theme-matched graphics and custom locker URLs. They can be deployed by direct link, JavaScript embed or API, and traffic can arrive from landing pages, email, blogs, apps, websites or QR codes. The dashboard shows live campaign updates and live leads, conversions on GPT Builder sites are verified through postbacks, and OGAds offers free migration help for publishers moving from other locker networks. A separate Learn platform hosts short courses on niches, AI-built sites and YouTube ranking.

Traffic rules and compliance

Incentivized behavior is the point of a locker, so OGAds traffic is incent by nature and many mainstream advertisers will never appear in the rotation. The rules focus on how traffic is gathered. Spam of any kind is banned, including SMS, social media and mass messaging, as is excessive posting of links. SMS or MMS campaigns need written approval and email lists must be scrubbed against suppression files. Promotion on auction and marketplace platforms such as eBay or Amazon is prohibited, as are fake content, adult material and viruses. Bots, spyware, stealware, cookie stuffing and click fraud are treated as fraud at OGAds’ sole discretion, and either side can end the relationship at any time.

Registration happens at members.ogads.com. OGAds names its affiliate managers publicly: Bobby by email and Telegram, and Dee and Zach by email and Discord, with info@ogads.com as the general inbox and a help center covering payments and the dashboard.

Who it suits

OGAds suits creators and site owners whose audience wants a specific piece of content: gaming mod and tool sites, file downloads, YouTube and social channels, app developers and anyone building a rewards site. The weekly cycle and $50 minimum are friendly to small publishers. Media buyers who need fixed CPA offers on non-incentivized traffic, brands that care about a clean user experience, and affiliates who want modern, consistent legal terms should look elsewhere.
