What Affstar is

Affstar (styled AFFSTAR) is a CPA network and direct advertiser aimed at Russian-speaking and emerging markets. It builds its own offers, tests them with an in-house media buying team and then opens them to webmasters, which is why it calls itself both an affiliate program and a direct advertiser. The site footer, terms and privacy policy name ECOMSTAR SOLUTIONS LTD, a UK private company (number 14052503), as the operator. UK company records show that company was incorporated in April 2022 and dissolved in March 2026, yet the site still carries its name. The network itself is active, with a Telegram channel of nearly 2,900 subscribers posting weekly offer tops. Before scaling, affiliates should ask which legal entity now contracts with publishers and sends payments.

Offers and verticals

Affstar works in two main product lines. The core is its own nutra and physical-goods offers, from bestsellers to new launches; recent weekly tops are dominated by Kazakhstan offers in men’s health, vision, hearing, weight loss and cold-season remedies. The second line is info products: subscription offers on trending topics that Affstar promotes as having 100% approval with no rejected leads. GEO coverage is CIS and Latin America for nutra, with info products available worldwide. Weekly posts cite approval rates of roughly 20% to 29% on top nutra offers and $25 payouts on featured items, which reflects the usual CIS nutra model where a call center confirms each order and only confirmed leads pay.

Commission models and payouts

Affstar pays per confirmed application. Only confirmed leads count toward revenue, and the price of a confirmed lead is shown per offer in the platform. Revenue is calculated from monthly statistics, and daily dashboard numbers are estimates that can be adjusted for up to 15 days after a period ends. Payments go out within seven banking days of a payment order on a 100% post-payment basis. Minimum payout amounts and fees depend on the payment method and GEO and are listed in the tariff schedule inside the personal account; smaller balances roll into the next payment. Payment methods are not published on the site. Affstar can suspend payouts for up to 60 days during a fraud check and can adjust balances for advertiser complaints or refunds. The terms also still contain an old clause about a payment freeze that ended in January 2023, so the document is not fully current.

Tracking, tools and platform

Affstar runs its own platform with a personal account for offers, statistics and balance. It promotes smart analytics that break traffic down by key parameters, and says its offers and the tools built for them are tested by its own buying team before release. The network also advertises a pack of partner service bonuses for media buyers. Postback and API access are not described publicly, so buyers with their own tracker should settle postback setup during onboarding.

Traffic rules and compliance

The publisher agreement lists permitted sources as banner and teaser networks, other partner programs, contextual advertising, social networks, and placements on thematic sites within those sites’ rules. Its channel content focuses on Facebook and Meta placements, so paid social is the main channel in practice. Banned methods include spam of any kind (email, SMS, messengers, social networks, message boards), hacked accounts or sites, bots and other traffic inflation, misleading claims about an offer, and pornographic, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful content. One account per publisher is allowed, Affstar can request identification documents, and breaches can lead to a blocked account and frozen earnings.

Support and getting started

Registration asks for an email, a password, a Telegram handle and an optional phone number, followed by an email confirmation link. Accounts then go through verification before activation, and applicants can message a manager on Telegram to speed it up. Each approved webmaster gets a dedicated chat with the head of affiliates, a personal manager and a technical specialist. Managers work through Telegram. Most communication is in Russian.

Who it suits

Affstar suits media buyers already running nutra in CIS markets, especially Kazakhstan, who buy on Facebook, teaser networks or contextual ads and understand confirmed-lead economics. It is less suitable for affiliates who want Tier-1 GEOs, published payment terms before signing up, English-first support, or a clearly current legal counterparty.
