AdsNextGen is a CPA network operated by SunHaMedia Co., Ltd., a company organized under Vietnamese law and based in Da Nang. Its office is in the UST Tower on Nguyen Tat Thanh street, while the publisher terms list a separate registered address in Lien Chieu District. The company says its team has more than seven years in CPA marketing, though the AdsNextGen brand and domain date from 2023. It claims 800+ active offers and 300+ partners on the homepage and 1,000+ publishers on the About page, so the scale figures are not consistent. It serves both publishers and advertisers, and also runs in-house brands.

Offers and verticals

The catalog covers nutra, crypto, dating, sweepstakes, surveys, insurance and finance, beauty and health, e-commerce, gambling, mobile subscriptions and downloads. A mobile CPA line handles app installs, SMS and lead forms. Offers include direct and exclusive deals, and managers will try to source a specific offer on request. Target GEOs are not listed publicly, so affiliates should ask which countries have the deepest offer coverage before buying traffic.

Commission models and payouts

Models include CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI, RevShare and SmartLink. There are two account types: Regular, with full catalog access, and SmartLink Only, which can be upgraded after review. Payment terms differ between the network’s own pages. The FAQ sets a $100 minimum for Payoneer, Paxum, PayPal, Capitalist and crypto (USDT or BTC) and $1,000 for wire, with monthly payment after advertiser confirmation. The publisher terms set the minimum above $500 for Regular accounts and $100 for SmartLink Only, with monthly net 15 or discretionary weekly net 7 payments from $1,000 (Regular) or $100 (SmartLink Only). The publishers page mentions net 14 or net 30 and adds Tipalti. Commissions are paid only after the advertiser pays. E-wallet and crypto payments arrive same day to 48 hours, wire up to 72 hours. Affiliates should get the threshold and net terms in writing. A referral program pays 2% of a new referral’s earnings for six months, withdrawable from $100, and a loyalty points program runs promotions.

Tracking, tools and platform

The publisher dashboard runs on Affise. It offers API access (capped at 500 calls per day without approval), global postback control at campaign and event level, multi-event tracking, landing page rotation, creative split tests, custom domain redirects and multi-currency reporting. Invoices can be downloaded from the account and a signed insertion order is available.

Traffic rules and compliance

Accepted traffic includes social, Facebook, native, email, SEO, Google Ads, Yandex, push, pop, banner, teaser, tube, PWA and member-area traffic, subject to each offer’s rules. Spam, incentivized or motivated traffic, bots, adware, scripts and fake conversions are banned, as are self-referrals and multiple accounts. Email must follow CAN-SPAM, and trademarks need written consent. Leads are reconciled with advertisers, and leads that cannot be proven genuine are deducted. Affiliates get seven days to answer a fraud review and two business days to supply identity proof. The terms include a six-month non-compete after termination, voiding of balances inactive for 12 months, English law with London arbitration, and leftover references to other company names that suggest templated documents.
