Editor's verdict
HubSpot pays 30% of what your referral spends, every month, for up to a year. With HubSpot’s prices that adds up quickly: the company itself puts it at “up to $1,000+ per sale”. The cookie lasts 180 days, which is rare, and it matters because nobody buys a CRM the same week they first read about it.
The program runs on Impact and has three tiers. Everyone starts on Starter at 30% recurring. Send 30 to 99 signups a month for three months and you move to Sprocket, where a cost-per-signup deal becomes possible. Above 100 a month, HubSpot negotiates a custom rate.
Getting in is straightforward. It’s free, there’s no minimum sales requirement, review takes two to three business days, and you can withdraw from $10 by direct deposit or PayPal. The one real limit is the 12-month cap on commissions.

Commission
You earn a 30% recurring commission for up to one year on every customer you refer. HubSpot describes this as worth “up to $1,000+ per sale”, depending on the plan the customer buys.
The three tiers
- Starter (0 to 29 signups a month): 30% recurring for up to a year.
- Sprocket (30 to 99 signups a month): 30% recurring and/or a cost-per-signup arrangement.
- Elite (100 or more signups a month): custom commission.
To move up, your monthly signups have to stay at the higher level for three months in a row. Sprocket and Elite affiliates also get website audits, better reporting and check-ins with a dedicated affiliate manager.
