What Panthera Network is

Panthera Network is the publisher-facing CPA and CPL network of Panthera Interactive, LLC, a performance marketing company founded in 2006. The business started in Tarzana, California, and now lists its office at St Rose Parkway in Henderson, Nevada, in the Las Vegas area. It was a regular on growth lists in its earlier years, including several Inc. 5000 placements between 2010 and 2017 and Website Magazine’s top affiliate network rankings in 2009, 2012 and 2014. Panthera says it runs 350+ live campaigns with 3,000+ publishers and 200+ advertisers. Its press page has not been updated since 2017, so this is an established but quiet, old-school US network rather than a fast-moving modern one.

Offers and verticals

Panthera does not publish a vertical list or an open offer catalog. The offer mix is US-centric lead generation: advertisers define an action such as a form fill, a double opt-in or a purchase, and pay per completed action. Publisher testimonials point to survey, get-paid-to and gaming offers. The network says it combines widely available offers with exclusives and promises to match a higher payout found elsewhere for the same offer if a publisher reports it. Publishers outside North America may join, but should check local rules for the products they promote.

Commission models and payouts

Commissions are CPA and CPL, with rates shown per campaign inside the publisher interface. Panthera pays monthly on Net 30 terms: earnings for one month are paid on the 30th of the following month, and the balance must exceed $100 or it rolls over. Payment options are check, ACH direct deposit, wire and PayPal (verified PayPal accounts only), and a W-9 or W-8 must be on file before the first payment. The agreement makes payment conditional on the advertiser paying Panthera, and commissions can be reversed or offset later if leads are disqualified. New publishers who earn $1,500 within 60 days receive a $150 bonus, and a two-tier referral program pays 5% of referred publishers’ earnings for one year.

Tracking, tools and platform

Stats run 24/7 in a password-protected interface showing impressions, clicks, CTR, leads or sales, sign-up rate, revenue and EPC. Tracking links, banners and auto-generated code are copied straight from each offer. If a publisher’s own numbers differ from Panthera’s by more than 10%, the terms say the network’s tracking governs when reconciliation fails, so publishers should keep their own click logs.

Traffic rules and compliance

Email traffic must follow CAN-SPAM, include an opt-out and use the advertiser suppression list. Links may not be posted in chat rooms or bulletin boards without written approval or placed on marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon, and gambling content counts as objectionable. Automated clicks or form fills, spyware, stealware, cookie stuffing and click fraud are banned, and bot, pre-populated or duplicate leads are not paid. The signup form asks whether traffic is incentivized, so incent sources are handled case by case. Publishers running their own sub-networks must bind their sub-affiliates to the same agreement.

Support and getting started

Applicants apply through the publisher page, supplying company and payment details, a tax ID, websites, monthly traffic and earnings with other networks. Applications are manually reviewed, usually within 72 business hours. Who it suits

Panthera fits US-based publishers with email, search, display or survey-style traffic who want a manager-led CPA/CPL network and can live with Net 30 cash flow. Media buyers needing fast payouts, crypto, iGaming or a transparent public offer list should look elsewhere.
