What Affscale (CPA Nutra) is

Affscale markets itself as a CPA Nutra network, but in practice it works as a direct advertiser: it develops its own health products for Asian and Latin American markets, sells them through its own call center, and buys traffic from affiliates on a CPA basis. The business is run by Tele247 Global Company Limited, a Vietnamese company registered in Ho Chi Minh City, with offices listed in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City and in Dong Da District, Hanoi. Partner terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Affscale says it works with more than 3,000 publishers, runs over 300 offers and has more than 1,500 telesales staff. The site dates from 2020 and runs in English, Vietnamese and Russian, which matches its mix of local teams and CIS media buyers.

Offers and verticals

The catalog is nutra only: joints, hemorrhoids, parasites, diabetes, neuropathy, eyesight, hearing, slimming, detox and male enhancement. Most offers are in-house, meaning Affscale handles the product, the call center and delivery. Offers run on cash on delivery (COD): the buyer leaves a name and phone number, an operator calls to confirm the order, and the parcel is paid for on arrival. Typical price points are 990 THB in Thailand, 149 MYR in Malaysia, 490,000 IDR in Indonesia and 149 PEN in Peru.

The listed GEOs are Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Peru, Colombia and Mexico. Offer cards show the approval rate (AR), the share of leads the call center confirms. Featured offers show 54% to 64%, while some newer Thai offers launched at 35% to 37%. Affscale also publishes NON-COD area lists: regions where cash delivery is unavailable, so leads from there will not convert. In October 2026 it added five Indian states to that list for Hindi offers. Partners with steady volume can request custom offers built only for them.

Commission models and payouts

Affiliates earn a fixed CPA per confirmed order. Rates are set per offer and per campaign, so the real number appears in the dashboard or comes from the manager. Because pay depends on call-center confirmation, approval rate matters as much as the headline payout when calculating EPC.

Individual affiliates are paid weekly on Net 7: revenue for each Monday to Sunday week is confirmed by the advertiser and paid the following week, together with any unpaid earlier balance. The minimum payout is $50 after any tax deductions. Companies can sign an agreement for a monthly payment on a fixed Friday, backed by a confirmed tracking report and an invoice. Affscale pays by PayPal, Payoneer, wire transfer and USDT. Hold periods and transfer fees are not published, and no referral program is advertised.

Tracking, tools and platform

The affiliate dashboard runs on Scaleo, with real-time statistics and S2S postback support to external trackers. Affscale’s native-speaking staff translate and adapt creatives for each market. A Telegram channel posts new offers, NON-COD changes and call-center notices, such as slower responses during Thai public holidays.

Traffic rules and compliance

The partner terms ban fraudulent, misleading or unlawful advertising, fake data and any interference with Affscale’s systems. Violations can mean withheld or reduced revenue, a locked account and the end of the partnership. No list of allowed traffic sources is published, so media buyers should clear each source with their manager. Creative rules are strict: for Thailand, Affscale tells partners to avoid cure claims, royal symbols and institutional logos. The terms set a three-month cooperation period, and Affscale can end it with ten days’ written notice. They date from April 2021 and label the parties inconsistently, so read them closely before scaling.

Affiliates sign up at admin.affscale.com with a first name, email, password, expected daily lead volume, a Telegram handle and how they found the network. Affscale names its Telegram support bot as the fastest contact, with email at admin@affscale.com. Managers handle offer access, rates and payment setup.

Who it suits

Affscale suits media buyers who already run COD nutra traffic in Southeast Asia, India or LATAM and want direct-advertiser offers with weekly pay and a low $50 minimum. Teams that can share daily volumes get the most from custom offers. Affiliates looking for Tier-1 GEOs, non-health verticals, prepaid card offers or a clearly published traffic policy should look elsewhere.
