It is a small, relationship-driven shop rather than a large marketplace, and it does not publish affiliate or advertiser counts.

Offers and verticals

Cash Network does not publish an offer catalog or a vertical list. Offers and payouts become visible inside the affiliate dashboard after approval. Its advertiser agreement is built around lead generation: it defines qualified leads, duplicate leads (anything already sent to the same advertiser in the prior 30 days) and fraudulent leads, and it references US consumer rules such as the TCPA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Telemarketing Sales Rule. That points to a US-focused mix of lead-gen and direct response offers, with Canadian traffic accepted only where a specific insertion order allows it. Commission models and payouts

Creatives come from advertisers, and the network may only modify them, or use its own, with advertiser approval.

Traffic rules and compliance

Email is the clearest supported channel and the most tightly regulated one. Affiliates must comply with CAN-SPAM, must download the suppression file before every mailing, and indemnify the network for any breach or fraud. Advertisers can flag fraudulent leads within 10 days after the end of the month, and abnormal click-through rates, fake redirects or automated software are treated as fraud. Incentivized traffic counts as fraud unless an insertion order permits it. Placements on sites with sexually explicit, hateful, violent or illegal content are prohibited, and the network can reject or cancel any ad or link at any time. Phone numbers submitted to the network may be screened through phone verification and reassigned-number checks.
