What LeadStuff is

LeadStuff describes itself as a private, premium CPA network built around its own in-house offers. The site names its founder only as Frank and does not publish a legal entity, registered address or founding year, so affiliates have little corporate information to check before signing up. Its three headline promises are weekly payouts, exclusive in-house offers with higher payouts, and no lead scrubbing.

Offers and verticals

LeadStuff doesn’t name its verticals publicly. It refers to high-converting offers across multiple niches and to exclusive in-house products, and it provides white-label versions of those products to affiliates on request. Offer formats include CPS, CPL and RevShare deals, a smartlink, hosted landing pages and API integrations. LeadStuff says its offers are available worldwide, showing 16 headline markets (the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Australia, India, Brazil, China, Japan and South Korea) plus 179 more. Deal terms depend on traffic type and country, so affiliates should ask the manager which verticals and GEOs are open for their traffic before building campaigns.

Commission models and payouts

LeadStuff works on CPL, CPS and RevShare and also mentions CPA. Rates are not published and are set per offer, traffic type and country. Payments are weekly, every Monday for the previous week, once the balance reaches $250. Smaller balances roll over until the threshold is met; the homepage FAQ says to the next month, while the affiliate agreement says to the next week. Payment methods are wire, Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT, with more planned, and PayPal is not on the list.

The agreement makes commissions dependent on LeadStuff receiving funds from its clients, allows chargebacks of paid actions later found invalid, and lets LeadStuff withhold or freeze unpaid commissions after a violation or complaint. Invoice disputes must be raised within 30 days.

Tracking, tools and platform

Tracking runs on LeadStuff’s own platform, which it says integrates fully with popular external trackers. Features include real-time reporting, customizable dashboards, fraud detection, automated billing and API integration. Conversions are attributed on a last-click basis, and leads must not be bot-generated or completed with pre-populated fields. If an affiliate’s tracker differs from LeadStuff’s numbers by more than 10%, reports must be sent within three days after month end for reconciliation, and LeadStuff’s figures prevail if no agreement is reached.

Traffic rules and compliance

LeadStuff doesn’t publish a list of allowed traffic sources, but its agreement sets clear limits. Email must comply with CAN-SPAM, carry an opt-out and be scrubbed against the offer’s suppression list, and LeadStuff may require email creatives to be approved first. Pop-ups and pop-unders must be identified as affiliate-served, links can’t be placed in chat rooms or bulletin boards without written approval, and ads can’t run on auction platforms such as eBay or Amazon. Content that promotes gambling or violence, or is sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, is banned. Fraud covers bots, spyware, stealware, cookie stuffing and click fraud, and LeadStuff rules on fraud at its sole discretion. Despite the no-scrubbing promise, the agreement still lets LeadStuff discard leads it finds fraudulent, incomplete, unqualified or duplicate, so the promise applies to valid leads only.

Support and getting started

Registration on the LeadStuff panel asks for a name, email, password and a messenger handle, with Telegram the practical option. Applications are reviewed manually, and LeadStuff generally replies within two business days. Approved affiliates get a dedicated affiliate manager. LeadStuff can change the agreement with 10 business days’ email notice and can end an affiliate’s participation at any time.

Who it suits

LeadStuff suits affiliates who want weekly wire or crypto payouts and are comfortable with a small private network that shares little about its company, verticals or rates up front. Email and pop traffic owners who already follow suppression and disclosure rules fit its terms. Low-volume newcomers will wait a long time to reach $250, and anyone who needs PayPal, a public offer catalog or a network with a registered corporate identity should look elsewhere.
