That address is a common registered-agent location, so it says little about where the team actually works. The site copyright runs from 2019, which places the network in operation for several years. Affmine describes itself as an exclusive private network serving both publishers and advertisers through an in-house platform. Its public footprint is thin: there is no blog, no team page and no offer count beyond a claim of tens of verticals and thousands of campaigns.

Offers and verticals

Affmine does not publish a vertical list or target GEOs. The pitch centers on exclusive and private campaigns offered alongside mainstream ones, and the signup form asks applicants which niches they want to run, so the offer mix is matched to each publisher after approval. The OfferWall product points toward rewards sites and app or game publishers who monetize users through a wall of tasks and offers. Campaign lists, payouts and country targeting are only visible once an account is active, so media buyers with a specific vertical in mind should ask the manager for live offers and caps in that niche before building campaigns.

Commission models and payouts

The publisher agreement pays per qualified action: a real person who arrives through the affiliate link and completes the required step, so campaigns pay on a CPA basis with rates set per offer. Commissions are paid monthly once the balance is above $50, and smaller balances roll over until they pass the threshold. Affmine says qualifying publishers can move to faster payment terms and mentions a wide selection of payment methods without naming them, so affiliates should confirm the methods, any fees and the exact pay date during onboarding. Two clauses matter for cash flow. Affmine owes commissions only after the advertiser has paid it, and it can withhold, freeze or charge back commissions it later judges unqualified. Invoices are generated automatically, and any dispute must be raised in writing within 30 days.

Tracking, tools and platform

Affmine runs its own in-house platform rather than a white-label tracker. Publishers get performance reports, S2S postback for server-side conversion tracking, an API feed for pulling offers programmatically and an OfferWall that can be embedded in sites or apps. A smart redirect sends visitors who do not qualify for an offer to the best-paying alternative instead of wasting the click. If an affiliate tracker disagrees with Affmine by more than 10%, the two sides try to reconcile, but Affmine figures prevail if they cannot agree, and discrepancy reports are due within three days after the 30th of the month.

Traffic rules and compliance

• No Affmine ads on online auction platforms.
• No adult, misleading, offensive or illegal content, and no copying of an advertiser site that implies endorsement.
• Email is allowed but must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, and compliance is entirely the publisher responsibility.
• Automated clicks or form fills, pre-populated fields, spyware, stealware, cookie stuffing and click fraud void commissions, and Affmine decides what counts as fraud at its sole discretion.

The agreement also sets a USD 1,000 penalty for each breach on top of other remedies, which is unusually aggressive and worth reading carefully before signing. Incentive traffic and brand bidding are not covered in the general terms, so those rules come from each campaign.

Support and getting started

Applicants complete a publisher form with name, email, full postal address, country, a Teams or Telegram handle, a description of traffic sources and the verticals they want to run, then pass a bot check. Affmine checks every application manually, generally within two business days, and can reject without giving a reason.
